"Business days" do not include weekends or public holidays.
The Buyer selects the desired products and places them in the shopping cart.
The Buyer provides the information necessary to complete the order, including their name, surname, telephone number, delivery address, and any other required details.
The contract is considered concluded once the Buyer confirms the order.
The Seller accepts the order once the Buyer receives an order confirmation by email.
The Buyer undertakes to pay for the ordered goods and any applicable delivery charges.
If payment is not received within 24 hours of placing the order, the order will be considered cancelled.
Delivery charges are calculated according to the destination country, the weight of the order, and the dimensions of the shipment.
A Buyer who provides inaccurate or incomplete information, including an incorrect delivery address, is not entitled to submit claims regarding a non-delivered order.
